What is the Helifix RetroTie Power Support Tool?


Helifix RetroTie SDS Power Support Tool for Mechanically Inserting RetroTie into Cavity Walls. Fitted to an SDS hammer drill, in order to insert the 8mm RetroTie through the near leaf of a cavity wall, and drive the wall tie home into the far leaf. The ‘O’ ring marker allows the cavity width to be measured and avoids over-driving. With the RetroTie SDS Power Support Tool, you can ensure the rapid and easy installation of RetroTies and fixings.

The Helifix RetroTie system is a remedial wall tie with an inner leaf mechanical fixing and resin bonding in the outer leaf that is effective in all common building materials.
