Instructions for Use: Ensure surface is sound, clean, and free from laitance, loose materials, oil, grease or other surface contaminants. If necessary hack surface back to reach a sound plane. To ensure proper mixing, a mechanically powered mixer or drill fitted with suitable paddle should be used. Add 1.8 litres of water to a clean container. The powder is then added slowly while mixing continuously with low speed mixer/drill(400-600rpm). Mixing should continue for 3 minutes until a uniform, smooth, slump free consistency is achieved. Only mix enough mortar that can be applied before the product begins to set (approx. 10-15 mins).

Over 20mm but not exceeding 50mm, should be bulked out with an equal weight of graded aggregate. compounds are best applied in situations up to a maximum of 20mm (range 5-20mm) thickness per layer. The working time will be extend-ed at low temperatures and reduced at higher temperatures. Immediately after completion of mixing apply by clean steel trowel pressing firmly onto surface smoothing and finishing with trowel or float kept moist and clean.
Clean tools and equipment with water before material has hardened. Due to moisture retention of the polymer no special curing procedure is generally necessary excepting in high ambient temperatures or windy conditions when it is advisable to take precautions to prevent rapid drying of the compound
