Adomast Adopatch Grey 8kg is a rapid-set and low-shrink repair compound.
Adopatch is a cementitious powder compound with the inclusion of a polymer to promote adhesion and resistance to passage of water and a water reducing agent to facilitate a low water cement ratio. The mortar sets within minutes and develops compressive strengths within hours in excess of fully cured concrete. Adopatch manufactures towards class 3 sulphate resistance.
Adomast Adopatch Grey 8kg is available in colours grey and white. These can be blended to match most shades of concrete.
This variant is supplied as an 8kg unit in grey.
Advantages:

- Concrete pipe spigots and sockets
- Damaged concrete floors & steps
Coverage:
Average of 500 cubic centimetres per Kg.
Application:
Instructions for Use: Ensure surface is sound, clean, and free from laitance, loose materials, oil, grease or other surface contaminants. If necessary hack surface back to reach a sound plane.
Damp down surface with clean water to minimise suction. Place a quantity of Adopatch into a clean container and mix in clean water little by little, using the minimum necessary, to achieve the required heavy paste-like consistency. If blending colours grey and white to achieve a colour match ensure the two powders are thoroughly blended before the addition of water. To avoid wastage do not mix more material than can be used within the setting time of the material.
Adopatch compounds are best applied in situations up to a maximum of 20mm (range 5-20mm) thickness per layer. Immediately after completion of mixing apply by clean steel trowel pressing firmly onto surface smoothing and finishing with trowel or float kept moist and clean.
Clean tools and equipment with water before material has hardened. Due to moisture retention of the polymer no special curing procedure is generally necessary excepting in high ambient temperatures or windy conditions when it is advisable to take precautions to prevent rapid drying of the compound.
