Adomast Deactivator Bio Environmentally Safe Release Agent – 25 Litre

Adomast Deactivator Bio is an environmentally safe mould release agent and protective compound for plant and equipment.

Deactivator Bio is a very high performance, low viscosity chemical release agent based on a blend of fatty acids dispersed in a vegetable oil base.

It can also be used to prevent concrete build up on plant and machinery via the formation of calcium soaps which act as a barrier protective layer when in contact with cementitious material, avoiding the need to use corrosive acid based cleaners.

Deactivator Bio is fully biodegradable.

This variant is supplied as a 25 litre unit.

Coverage:

A coverage rate upwards of 40m2 per litre used as supplied, can be achieved however this is dependant on the surface porosity and the material it is being used on.

Application:

For maintaining and protecting equipment. first ensure that the surface to be treated is dry and clean: then apply Deactivator Bio as supplied using a standard hand sprayer or roller.

As a high performance release agent, apply as a thin mist to the formwork. Application rates are in excess of 40m2 per litre. Casting can commence immediately or be delayed for many hours with no loss of performance or quality of finish.
