ARDEX ARDURAPID A 45 is a rapid drying and hardening, slump free mortar for internal repairs. Ideal for the rapid repair of internal concrete, screeds, renders and concrete steps.

ARDEX ARDURAPID A 45 is a rapid drying and hardening, slump free mortar for internal repairs. The mixed mortar sets after 15 minutes and can be trafficked after just 90 minutes regardless of thickness at 20ยฐC.

Features:

  • After application, ARDEX Levelling and Smoothing Compounds can be applied immediately
  • Receives finishes after 90 minutes regardless of thickness
  • Slump free – ideal for vertical and horizontal repairs
  • Priming rarely required on prepared concrete and sand/cement screeds
  • Ideal for the rapid repair of internal concrete, screeds, renders and concrete steps
  • Other applications include forming ramps, falls and coves, patching around fittings/pipework, and filling cracks and gaps
  • Suitable for use on heated concrete and screeds

Uses:

  • Re-profiling, repairing and refacing internal concrete stairtreads and risers, cement and sand screeds and concrete floors
  • Filling and patching cracks in walls, ceilings and soffits
  • Making good around pipework, door and window frames
  • Forming ramps from a feather edge to normal screed thicknesses
  • Forming coves

When using ARDEX ARDURAPID A 45 as a wearing surface a suitable coating is required.

Depending on the flatness of the surface, an 11kg bag will cover approximately 7mยฒ at 1mm thick (7 litres of mortar).

1. Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details)

2. Delivery Fee Structure:

All orders, excluding those containing products covered in section 3 below, will be subject to the below delivery fee structure:

  1. Total order weight is between 0kg and 10kg = ยฃ7.99 standard delivery fee
  2. Total order weight is between 10kg and 20kg = ยฃ12.99 standard delivery fee
  3. Total order weight is between 20kg and 75kg = ยฃ20 standard delivery fee
  4. Total order weight is 75kg and above = ยฃ60 large order delivery fee
  5. Total order value exceeds ยฃ500 (regardless of weight) = Free delivery

3. Exclusions

The delivery fees detailed above apply to all orders, excluding:

  1. Orders containing insulation will be charged at ยฃ65 per pallet (10 units per pallet). Please get in touch with us directly for pricing and ordering.
  2. Orders containing protection boards: A large order delivery fee of ยฃ60 will be applied.
  3. Orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above: The delivery fee will be calculated as a price per unit*.

4. Geographical Areas

The above delivery fees apply to all postcodes in mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

For deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Isles, and any international orders please get in touch with the BaseTec team directly by email or phone for a custom delivery price. Standard delivery timescales do not apply to these areas and will be advised on request.

Additional charges, including customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply for international orders.
