Cemfair PF is a one component acrylic polymer modified powder. When mixed with water, Cemfair PF produces a highly consistent, smooth, trowellable, shrinkage compensated fairing coat mortar.

One component polymer modified shrinkage compensated cementitious fairing coat repair mortar. Cemfair PF is a one component acrylic polymer modified powder. When mixed with water, Cemfair PF produces a highly consistent, smooth, trowellable, shrinkage compensated fairing coat mortar.Β 

Cemfair PF is suitable for application in the range of feather edge up to 3 mm, it also can be used to infill honeycombing and voids up to 5 mm deep for vertical and overhead applications.Β

Storage:Β 

Cemfair PF has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 2Β°C and 50Β°C in original unopened bags. If these conditions are exceeded, DCP Technical Department should be contacted for advice.

1. Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details)

2. Delivery Fee Structure:

All orders, excluding those containing products covered in section 3 below, will be subject to the below delivery fee structure:

  1. Total order weight is between 0kg and 10kg = Β£7.99 standard delivery fee
  2. Total order weight is between 10kg and 20kg = Β£12.99 standard delivery fee
  3. Total order weight is between 20kg and 75kg = Β£20 standard delivery fee
  4. Total order weight is 75kg and above = Β£60 large order delivery fee
  5. Total order value exceeds Β£500 (regardless of weight) = Free delivery

3. Exclusions

The delivery fees detailed above apply to all orders, excluding:

  1. Orders containing insulation will be charged at Β£60 per pallet (10 units per pallet). Please get in touch with us directly for pricing and ordering.
  2. Orders containing protection boards: A large order delivery fee of Β£60 will be applied.
  3. Orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above: The delivery fee will be calculated as a price per unit*.

4. Geographical Areas

The above delivery fees apply to all postcodes in mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

For deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Isles, and any international orders please get in touch with the BaseTec team directly by email or phone for a custom delivery price. Standard delivery timescales do not apply to these areas and will be advised on request.

Additional charges, including customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply for international orders.
