CARLISLE® Foam Cleaner
Main Applications
Cleaning of foam guns.
Cleaning of valves of PU foam aerosol cans.
Removal of uncured foam from surfaces.
Application temperature
Air temperature during use should be between -10 °C and +30 °C.
Application method
Shake the can vigorously for 5–10 seconds.
Remove the plastic cap from the can and attach the spray nozzle.
Spray the cleaning agent onto uncured foam, let it take effect and wipe if needed.
When cleaning a foam gun, clean the surface of the gun first.
Then screw the foam gun tightly onto the can and spray the cleaning agent to clean the inside of the gun.
Wait a couple of minutes and spray again to finish the cleaning process.
When working with the gun, always keep the can upside down.
Cleaning
Cover with inert absorbent, for example sand, collect and place in a suitable container or let vaporize.
Packaging
500ml cans, 12 per box.
Storage and shelf-life
Guaranteed shelf life is 24 months from production date if stored in unopened packaging in a cool and dry place at +5 °C to +30 °C.
Must not be stored above +50 °C, nearby heat sources or in direct sunlight.
Store and transport in a vertical position.

Delivery Timescales
We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.
Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).
Delivery Communications
We aim to dispatch and deliver all our products within their specified time frames. You will get notified by BaseTec via email when your products have been dispatched. This will include details of your order and the expected delivery time. BaseTec will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays in picking your order or after dispatch.
If any products are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering, the BaseTec team will contact you by phone or email to discuss your options.
