Nufins Epicon F.S. Mortar is a rapid-curing epoxy mortar that allows concrete repairs to be carried out with minimal disruption. A primer is not required and the mortar will tolerate being applied to a damp substrate.

Nufins Epicon F.S. Mortar has been designed to comply with the requirements of EN 1504 Part 3 Class R4. It is a fast curing, heavy duty epoxy mortar which has been formulated to enable the rapid repair of concrete surfaces.

Epicon F.S. Mortar is a pre-weighed three component system of solvent free epoxy resin and hardener which, when blended with the aggregate provided, forms a high strength mortar with outstanding adhesive properties.

Ideal for reactive maintenance in locations of heavy use, such as carparks, rail stations and goods yards.

Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).

Delivery Communications

We aim to dispatch and deliver all our products within their specified time frames. You will get notified by BaseTec via email when your products have been dispatched. This will include details of your order and the expected delivery time. BaseTec will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays in picking your order or after dispatch.

If any products are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering, the BaseTec team will contact you by phone or email to discuss your options.
