ISOCRETE TT Cementitious Topping & Screed – 25kg

Isocrete TT (Thin Top) Exterior Topping is a polymer-modified cementitious topping / screed designed to eliminate surface irregularities and smooth internal and external concrete surfaces exposed to industrial traffic.

Isocrete TT Exterior Topping can  be pumped up to 1000m2 per day.

Primary Applications:

Isocrete TT will smooth and level concrete surfaces such as balconies, patios, domestic driveways, garages, walkways and other concrete surfaces exposed to normal foot and wheeled traffic.

Isocrete TT can also be used for filling holes and resurfacing damaged floors, such as concrete or cement/sand screeds, as well as pre-smoothing concrete floors / roof areas prior to the application
of a suitable damp proof membrane.

Yield:

Each 25kg bag of will yield approximately 13.3 litres of mixed material.

Storage and shelf life:

Isocrete TT will have a storage life of 12 months in unopened bags when kept in dry conditions at a temperature between 5 and 45 degrees Celcius. Storage at higher temperatures or high humidity may reduce shelf life.

Limitations:

• Do not place when the substrate temperature is below 5°C or when the ambient temperature is 10°C and falling
• Do not apply in temperatures over 25°C
• Protect from direct sun while applying and curing
• Do not apply in excessively windy conditions
• Do not apply in rain or when rain is forecast
• Protect from frost
• Do not exceed the maximum recommended water content and only use clean potable water
• Avoid cleaning with acidic cleaning solutions

Curing:

Curing of exposed surfaces should be undertaken in accordance with good concrete practice.

Suitable methods of curing include water spray, polythene sheeting and spray applied concrete curing membrane.

Health and Safety:

Isocrete TT is alkaline when mixed with water and should not come into contact with skin or eyes. Avoid inhalation of dust during mixing and wear safety glasses, dust mask and gloves. If skin contact occurs wash thoroughly with clean water. Should eye contact occur rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
