RiveStop Sealing Rivets expand inside concrete tie-bolt holes by approximately 50%, permanently sealing the hole. The rivet adapts to the diameter and mechanically seals it in seconds. The standard tie-bolt hole sealing rivets will seal 28-30mm holes up to 5 bar of pressure, and are supplied as a bucket of 160 units.

RiveStop is a patented rivet system that is quickly and easily installed, expanding to 50% of its original diameter to hermetically seal any tie-bolt holes left by the RivePipe.

With the help of a conventional riveting machine, RiveStop is quickly and easily installed, exerting constant force outwards and adapting to the diameter of the hole to seal it hermetically in a matter of seconds, in a clean and simple way.

These standard RiveStop rivets are suited to tie-bolt holes of 28-30mm in diameter, and are supplied in a bucket of 160 units. The standard units are manufactured with an EPDM body, aluminium rivet, stainless steel mandrel and plastic washer.

Once installed, the RiveStop rivet remains permanently expanded within the tie-bolt hole, and its material adapts to the behaviour of the concrete over time. The mechanical system of the part is activated by the controlled and uniform pressure applied by the riveting machine. Once the dowel is broken, the RiveStop is installed. There is no margin for human error.

Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).

Delivery Communications

We aim to dispatch and deliver all our products within their specified time frames. You will get notified by BaseTec via email when your products have been dispatched. This will include details of your order and the expected delivery time. BaseTec will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays in picking your order or after dispatch.
