Vandex Rapid M is a cementitious repair mortar which is resistant to water and moisture when applied at a layer thickness of 10 mm. It is a very versatile product that can be used on horizontal or vertical concrete and masonry surfaces.
The setting process of Vandex Rapid M has been accelerated, making it resistant to load after just 1 hour (at 20°C, 65%RH). Vandex Rapid M is resistant to domestic sewage.

Properties:
Due to its composition, based on cement and quartz with
graded grain-size distribution, and special chemical ingredients of an inorganic nature it is waterproof at a layer thickness of 10 mm.
It is durable and resistant to frost after setting, and at the same time vapour permeable. The initial and final compressive strength of is excellent.
The setting process is accelerated. Resulting in it being resistant to load after 1 hour (20 °C / 65% rel. humidity).
VANDEX RAPID M is resistant to domestic sewage.

Delivery Timescales
We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.
Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).
Delivery Communications
We aim to dispatch and deliver all our products within their specified time frames. You will get notified by BaseTec via email when your products have been dispatched. This will include details of your order and the expected delivery time. BaseTec will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays in picking your order or after dispatch.
