Visqueen CM Anti-Lime Sealer – 2 Litre

Visqueen CM Anti-Lime Sealer is a white liquid supplied as a 2 litre concentrate which when diluted with maximum 18 litres of clean water provides a ready to use 20 litre solution. The product dries clear.

Visqueen Anti-Lime Sealer is applied to concrete surfaces prior to the installation of a Visqueen cavity membrane system to prevent the leaching of free lime from the concrete substrate.

Leaching of free lime, which then solidifies, causes blockages within the cavity membrane system. This prevents the free movement of water behind the membrane, ultimately stopping the water from reaching a gravity drain or a sump and pump system.

Blockages caused by free lime will increase the regularity of maintenance of a cavity membrane system and its pumps, or in some cases, cause the system to fail.

The sealer is used on concrete substrates including floors, walls, columns and kickers. It’s also used on underpinned properties on either side of joints and dry-packed areas after an application of a cement-based tanking product.
