NATCEM DW Fast Setting Mortar – 25kg

NATCEM DW is an environmentally friendly, fast setting mortar with rapid strength gain, suitable for installation up to any thickness from a minimum of 10mm.

NATCEM DW is suitable for the following Applications:

• Concrete repairs
• Waterproof renders

Yield & Coverage:

Generally, 1 x 25kg bag of NATCEM DW mixed with 3.6 litres of water will produce 12.5 litres of finished mortar.

Each 25kg bag of NATCEM DW when mixed will cover approximately 1m² at 10mm depth

Setting Times:

NATCEM DW is designed to commence setting at 40 minutes and finish setting at 60 minutes at 20°C.

In winter, NATCEM DW can be used down to 7°C. The set will be slower but can be accelerated by using warm water.

In hot temperatures, the set will be faster and can be slowed by using cold water
