NATCEM RETARDER is suitable for extending the setting time of Natural Cement products

Properties:

  • Easy to mix.
  • Water-soluble.
  • Instantly extend setting time.
  • Supplied in 80g bottles

Mixing:

The required quantity of NATCEM RETARDER (see Dosage instructions) should be added to the water and mixed for a few seconds prior to the Natural Cement product being added.

Application:

NATCEM Setting Retarder is suitable for use with the following Natural Cement products:

Dosage

Each 25kg bag of Natural Cement product can be mixed with a maximum of 40g (half bottle) of RETARDER
Setting delay at 20°C 40g of RETARDER will delay the set by approximately 30 – 40 minutes

Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).

Delivery Communications

We aim to dispatch and deliver all our products within their specified time frames. You will get notified by BaseTec via email when your products have been dispatched. This will include details of your order and the expected delivery time. BaseTec will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays in picking your order or after dispatch.

If any products are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering, the BaseTec team will contact you by phone or email to discuss your options.
