The Newton Injection Mouthpiece is used alongside the Newton HydroTank 302 Injection Hose – 120 Linear Metre Kit to connect the injection pump.

The Newton Injection Mouthpiece is used alongside the Newton HydroTank 302 Injection Hose – 120 Linear Metre Kit, in order to connect the injection pump to the Injection Ports and Injection Nipplies that are included in the Injection Hose Kit.

Once connected, the hose is injected until resin is discharged from the next open Injection Port. This end is then closed using an Injection Nipple as soon as the resin flows freely without air pockets.

Newton HydroTank 302 Injection Hose is a high performance waterbar system installed within and used for sealing construction joints in earth-retaining and water-retaining concrete structures. When injected with injection resin, the material penetrates into the concrete surrounding the construction joint to permanently seal any cracks, capillaries, pores and honeycombing within the structure.

Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).

Delivery Communications

We aim to dispatch and deliver all our products within their specified time frames. You will get notified by BaseTec via email when your products have been dispatched. This will include details of your order and the expected delivery time. BaseTec will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays in picking your order or after dispatch.

If any products are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering, the BaseTec team will contact you by phone or email to discuss your options.
