Remmers ZM HF Primer 5kg is used for the preparation of bonding grouts, bonding mortars, patch and repair mortars, improvement of screeds, renders and touch-up layers, and as a primer for concretes, cement and anhydrite screeds.

Application rate:

For bonding layers, grouts: approx. 0.1 – 0.2 kg/m²
For bonding mortar: approx. 1.0 kg on 1 – 2 m², depending on the layer thickness
Apply to a large enough trial area to determine the precise amount required

Working tools / cleaning:

Wide brush, broom, spatula or trowel

Clean tools, equipment and splashed material immediately while fresh with V 101.

Storage / shelf life:

If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 24 months.

Tips on use:

Always dilute the material with water.
Do not let excess material build up on the surface.
Take appropriate measures to protect adjacent building elements and materials that should not come into contact with the product.

Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).

Delivery Communications

We aim to dispatch and deliver all our products within their specified time frames. You will get notified by BaseTec via email when your products have been dispatched. This will include details of your order and the expected delivery time. BaseTec will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays in picking your order or after dispatch.
