VANDEX BB 75 E is a two component polymer modified, cementitious coating. It consists of VANDEX BB 75 (dry component) and VANDEX ELASTICISER PK 75 (polymer component).
Areas of Application:
- substrates: concrete and masonry
- active or passive waterproofing and protection against water and moisture
- for cracks and areas of potential cracking
- foundations, slabs, retaining walls, etc.
Properties:
Owing to its composition of cement, quartz with graded grain-size distribution and selected additives, as well as the admixture of the elasticising component, a waterproof and elastic coating is achieved.
VANDEX BB 75 E is suitable for potential cracking.
The initial and final bonding ability of VANDEX BB 75 E is excellent, making it suitable to be applied on horizontal as well as vertical surfaces.
It is durable, resistant to frost and heat after setting and at the same time vapour permeable.
The product is also an active barrier to carbon dioxide (CO2).
Mixing:
Before use, shake the container of the polymer component well.
Mix 25 kg of VANDEX BB 75 with 10 kg of VANDEX ELASTICISER PK 75 in a clean container for at least 3 minutes to a lump-free, homogeneous consistency. Use a high speed mechanical mixer.
Packaging:
- VANDEX BB 75: 25 kg PE-lined paper bag
- VANDEX ELASTICIZER PK 75: 10 kg PE-container
Storage:
- VANDEX BB 75: When stored in a dry place in unopened, undamaged original packaging, shelf life is 12 months.
- VANDEX ELASTICISER PK 75: Store in a frost-free place. Shelf life in unopened, undamaged original packaging is 12 months.

Delivery Timescales
We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.
Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).
Delivery Communications
We aim to dispatch and deliver all our products within their specified time frames. You will get notified by BaseTec via email when your products have been dispatched. This will include details of your order and the expected delivery time. BaseTec will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays in picking your order or after dispatch.
