Usage purpose:

Owing to its composition of cement, quartz with graded grain-size distribution and selected additives, VANDEX BB 75 is waterproof. It can be employed against active and passive water pressures.

The initial and final bonding capability of VANDEX BB 75 is excellent, making it suitable to be applied to horizontal as well as vertical surfaces.

It is durable, resistant to frost and heat after setting, but all the same permeable to vapour.

VANDEX BB 75 is tested for use in contact with drinking water.

Applied as corrosion protection, it does not only enhance rebar corrosion protection, but also improves adhesion to subsequently applied Vandex repair and coating mortar.

It forms a hard coating, is resistant to frost and deicing salts, allows vapour diffusion and reduces CO2 penetration

Vandex BB 75 E:

VANDEX BB 75 can also be bought with VANDEX ELASTICISER PK 75 polymer to create VANDEX BB 75 E, a two component polymer modified, cementitious coating.

When stored in a dry place in unopened, undamaged original packaging, shelf life is 12 months.

Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).

Delivery Communications

We aim to dispatch and deliver all our products within their specified time frames. You will get notified by BaseTec via email when your products have been dispatched. This will include details of your order and the expected delivery time. BaseTec will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays in picking your order or after dispatch.
