Visqueen DPC Joint Supports are factory manufactured lightweight stainless steel profiles for supporting Visqueen DPC cavity tray lap joints.

Visqueen DPC Joint Supports are designed for use beneath cavity tray lap joints in order to provide a solid substrate for joint formation and to ensure long term lap integrity. Where and if required, the supports can also be used at specific locations below the cavity tray length to prevent localised sagging.

The supports are manufactured as standard from stainless steel to BS EN 10088 grade 1.4301 (BS 1449 grade 304). See additional information section on page 2 regarding availability of other stainless steel grades.

The supports are available as a pack of 10 units which can be hand bent on site to the required cavity tray profile. The pack of 10 units are suitable for cavity tray widths up to and including 500mm.

Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).

Delivery Communications

We aim to dispatch and deliver all our products within their specified time frames. You will get notified by BaseTec via email when your products have been dispatched. This will include details of your order and the expected delivery time. BaseTec will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays in picking your order or after dispatch.

If any products are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering, the BaseTec team will contact you by phone or email to discuss your options.
