Visqueen Zedex Non-Combustible Damp Proof Course (DPC) 500mm x 20m, achieves a reaction to fire classification A2 – s1, d0. The product is compliant with the requirements of The Building Regulations 2010 (England and Wales) (as amended) and The Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (as amended).

Visqueen Zedex Non-Combustible Damp Proof Course and cavity tray is designed for cavity wall constructions including those with a structural framing system inner leaf and a masonry outer leaf, in residential, commercial and multi-storey buildings. Typical applications include being used as a vertical DPC, or as a site formed surface fixed cavity tray to manage the downward passage of water in cavity wall constructions.

The DPC is a flexible 0.6mm composite damp proof course and cavity tray system. It is supplied in 20m length rolls and the following standard widths: 100mm, 150mm, 225mm, 300mm, 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm and 900mm. Other widths are available on request.

The DPC is coloured red on the upper surface and pale grey on the reverse and is installed with the red surface facing upwards or outwards i.e. facing towards the direction of moisture penetration.

Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).

Delivery Communications

We aim to dispatch and deliver all our products within their specified time frames. You will get notified by BaseTec via email when your products have been dispatched. This will include details of your order and the expected delivery time. BaseTec will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays in picking your order or after dispatch.
