Toughsheet MAX 900 DPC provides an effective barrier against water ingress on building projects, including block and beam, brick and stone and light weight steel frame constructions.

This variant is 900 microns thick x 900mm wide x 20m long.

The DPC can also be used as cavity tray in both solid and cavity walls. It is also an effective barrier against Radon gas when used in conjunction with Toughsheet DPM Radon Gas Barrier, and laid in accordance with the code of practice BS 8000-3.

Toughsheet MAX 900 DPC can be used for both horizontal and vertical applications when used in between a mortar base.

Damage to the surface needs to be avoided. It is good practice to prepare the DPC prior to use by allowing the sheet to be warmed up past -5°C, as this allows the sheet to be flexible, achieve the desired performance and to adhere to the mortar and taped joints.

Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details).

Delivery Communications
